Drake Men’s Basketball to Host Boise State In MWC/MVC Challenge

first_img Streaming – ESPN+ Tickets Game Notes Live Stats center_img Story Links The Drake University men’s basketball team returns to the Knapp Center Tuesday, Nov. 27, to host Boise State in the final edition of the MWC/MVC Challenge.The Bulldogs are 3-1 this season after last Wednesday’s 66-63 win at UMKC to collect the team’s first road win of the season. Iowa graduate transfer Brady Ellingson led the team in that win with 13 points, all in the first half, on 3-of-6 three-point shooting. He has scored 13 points in each of the last two games and is 6-of-15 from the three-point arc in those games.Fellow graduate transfer Nick Norton has led the team in scoring in two out of four outings this season with 13.8 points per game and is 11-of-19 from the three-point arc this season to rank 14th nationally in three-point accuracy.Drake and Boise State meet for the third time in the series history, all of which have come in the MWC/MVC Challenge.
